At TEGEN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
